The redshirt freshman posted a season-best mark of 52-2.5 (15.91m) on his third attempt to shatter his previous personal record by almost two feet. He is the first CCAA student-athlete to earn All-American honors in the triple jump since 2019 (Matt Bowen, UCSD).
The effects of running 3k steeplechases on consecutive days did not slow down Chico State's
