Four of the Five CCAA Women's Golf Teams Earn NCAA Postseason Bids

Four CCAA women's golf teams earned a place in the NCAA West Regional, which will be held May 4-6 at the Pueblo Country Club in Pueblo, Colo.
 
Cal State San Marcos is the No. 3 seed after collecting the conference's automatic bid by winning the CCAA Tournament. Cal State LA was named the No. 8 seed as an at-large selection. Cal State Monterey Bay and Cal State East Bay also earned postseason berths as at-large bids, at No. 11 and No. 12, respectively.
 
Dallas Baptist University (DBU) is the top-ranked team in the region with Texas-Tyler at No. 2. Click here to see the complete NCAA regional rankings release.  
 
All participants will compete over 54 holes. The top five (central), four (south), four (east), and five (west) teams, along with the top two individuals not on an advancing team, will advance to the championships.
 
The championships will be held May 12-16 at PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The number of participants who qualify for the finals is 98.
