ALISO VIEJO, Calif. - Three CCAA women's basketball teams were listed among the 10 on the first official NCAA Women's Basketball West Region Rankings.
 
Cal Poly Pomona (22-2), Cal State LA (18-5), and Chico State (18-6) are all in the top three in the CCAA standings and are listed in alphabetical order in the first poll of the year.
 
The CCAA tied the GNAC with three teams each. The PacWest leads the way with four. Click here to see the complete list of teams Under Consideration.
 
The Under Consideration lists began in 2021. The first NCAA rankings of each year will be a top 10 listed alphabetically. Two other regional rankings will be released the following two Wednesdays before the seedings are announced on the Selection Show (Sunday, Mar. 8).
