Cal Poly Pomona has been selected as the favorite in the 2025 CCAA Women's Track & Field Coaches Poll presented by Pollo Campero.
The Broncos received 140 points and 11 of the 12 first-place votes as they begin their quest for a fourth consecutive CCAA Championship. Chico State placed second in the poll with 121 points, and Cal State San Bernardino was third with 110 points. Stanislaus State (93) and Cal State LA (80) completed the top 5.
Sixth place went to
Cal State LA with 80 points,
Cal Poly Humboldt placed seventh with 79 points and the remaining first-place vote.
San Francisco State (62),
Cal State East Bay (41),
Cal State Monterey Bay (38),
Sonoma State (38), and
Cal State Dominguez Hills (33) round out the 12-team list.
The 2025 Outdoor Track & Field season officially kicked off last week with Cal State San Bernardino at the RCC Early Bird Meet on Saturday, Feb. 7. This weekend, Cal State Monterey Bay will be competing in the MPC Lobo Invitational in Monterey, Calif. Most teams will open the following Saturday, Feb. 22, at meets throughout the state.
