Ehinomen Eghobor of Cal Poly Pomona has been named the FloCollege/CCAA Women’s Field Athlete of the Week, for the week of March 23-29.
Eghobor finished second in the triple jump at the Mangrum Invitational in San Marcos on Friday with a personal best of 12.03 meters (39 feet, 5.75 inches). With the NCAA provisional qualifying mark, Eghobor surpassed Cal State East Bay’s Julia Carmona for the CCAA lead. Carmona was a silver medalist in the event at the 2025 CCAA Championships. Eghobor now ranks ninth in Division II in the triple jump.
The junior from Brampton, Ontario, Canada, also competed in the long jump in San Marcos. She posted a 5.13 meters result for seventh place.

Cal Poly Pomona has two meets on the schedule this week with athletes going to either the Stanford Invitational in Palo Alto, or the Triton Invitational in La Jolla on Friday and Saturday.
