The American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) named five CCAA student-athletes to its 2025 All-West Region team.

Kacie Pedersen, and Cal Poly Pomona's
Sarah Ybarra were named first-team all-region. San Francisco State's
Aidan Goodrich and Cal Poly Pomona's
Kacie Caoili earned honorable mention selections. Caoili was also voted the AVCA West Region Freshman of the Year.
Kacie Pedersen adds an all-region honor to her mantle. She helped guide Cal State San Bernardino to the 2025 CCAA Tournament Championship, earning MVP honors. The junior outside hitter is 12th in NCAA Div. II with 4.32 kills per set and is 15th with 4.89 points per set.
Sarah Ybarra was the 2025 CCAA Player of the Year. The junior ranks fourth in NCAA Division II with 4.93 kills per set and is third with 5.46 points per set. She helped lead CPP to the 2025 CCAA regular season title with a 17-1 conference record.
Samarah DaCoud is 10th in the country in both kills per set (4.41) and points per set (4.99). Her 467 total kills have her ranked seventh in NCAA Div. II, and the sophomore outside hitter is fourth in the CCAA with a .275 hitting percentage.
Aidan Goodrich was a first-team All-CCAA selection this season after posting 3.67 kills per set (5th CCAA) and 4.20 points per set (4th CCAA). She helped lead SF State to two upset wins in the CCAA Tournament and collected all-tournament honors in the process.
Kacie Caoili's impressive first year at CPP continued with AVCA West Region Freshman of the Year honors and a selection to the all-region honorable mention team. The setter from San Jose led the CCAA in assists by over 1.5 per set (10.76), and she helped guide CPP to its second consecutive conference regular season title.
Point Loma's Abigail Nua was voted the AVCA West Region Player of the Year, and Fresno Pacific's Kelsee Montagna was selected as the West Region Coach of the Year.
