Katelyn Bridgeman of Stanislaus State has been named as FloCollege/CCAA Softball Player of the Week for the week of April 13-19.

Bridgeman powered the Warriors to a 3-1 CCAA series win over Cal State Monterey Bay — the program’s first series victory over the Otters since 2022 — with a dominant all-around performance. She hit .667 (8-for-12) with three doubles, a home run, five RBI and seven runs scored while posting a 1.167 slugging percentage and .667 on-base percentage. Bridgeman reached base in all four games and recorded multiple hits in three contests, highlighted by a 3-for-3, three-RBI effort in the series-opening 10-9 win — including a two-run home run — and later scored what proved to be the game-winning run.

Defensively, she was just as impactful at shortstop, totaling 13 assists and nine putouts over the four games with a perfect fielding percentage in the final two contests, while posting a .975 fielding percentage on the season. She also went a perfect 2-for-2 in stolen base attempts, leading the offensive and defensive charge in a milestone series win for Stan State.
