Mi’ah Molette of Cal Poly Pomona has been chosen as the FloCollege/CCAA Women’s Field Athlete of the Week, for the week March 3-8.

Molette met the NCAA Division II provisional qualifying standard in the shot put with a personal best mark at the Beach Opener on Friday. She also threw a personal-best mark in the hammer throw to cap a successful outing.

The junior from Los Angeles threw the shot put 13.94 meters (45-feet, 9 inches) for her outdoor personal best to finish fourth in the event. Molette, the 2025 CCAA champion, now ranks No. 2 in the shot put in the conference and ranks third best in the nation in the event. In the hammer throw, her 51.12-meter (167-foot-8) mark was also her career best.
