NORMAN, Okla. – The 2024-25 Cobalt Golf All-America Scholars for NCAA Division II have been announced and 10 CCAA men's golfers earned this top honor.
To be eligible for Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar nomination, an individual must be a sophomore, junior or senior both academically and athletically in NCAA Division I, II, III, and NAIA, or receiving their associate’s degree and in their last year of athletic eligibility in the NJCAA. In addition, they must participate in 50% of their team’s competitive rounds, have a stroke average under 78.0 in NCAA Division II, and maintain a minimum cumulative career grade-point average of 3.2. A recipient must also be of high moral character and be in good standing at their college or university.
Cal State Dominguez Hills, Cal State East Bay, and Cal State San Marcos led the way with three selections apiece. Chico State placed one on the Cobalt All-America Scholar team.
The Toros were represented on the GCAA by Jonah Camarillo, Zachary Iwashita, and Aaron Sanchez. Adam Brangefalt, Cooper Groshart, and Ananjan Kaushik earned All-America Scholar honors for Cal State East Bay. Cal State San Marcos placed Vincent Bengtson, Jason McElroy, and Arman Rahgozar on the team. Naoki Easterday was the lone representative for the Chico State Wildcats.
Camarillo and Easterday were repeat selections from 2023-24.

A total of 207 NCAA Division II athletes from 78 schools earned 2024-25 Cobalt All-America Scholar honors. Georgia Southwestern, Lander, and Saint Leo led the division with five recipients. Seventeen other NCAA Division II schools had four recipients, including Anderson (SC), Barton, Colorado Christian, Findlay, Fort Hays State, Harding, Henderson State, Lincoln Memorial, Newberry, Ohio Dominican, Oklahoma Christian, Parkside, Rockhurst, Tiffin, USC Aiken, Valdosta State, and Wayne State (MI).
