NEW ORLEANS – All-West Region honors for the 2025 NCAA Division II Women's Outdoor Track & Field season were announced the other week by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) following the conclusion of the regular season.
The top-5 individuals in each event from each region earned All-Region honors, in addition to each of the members of a top-3 ranked relay team. Only USTFCCCA member programs are eligible for awards.
The CCAA had 37 women named to the all-region team. It was represented on the USTFCCCA all-region list by 23 student-athletes from eight schools across 18 events.
Cal State San Bernardino led the conference with 13 all-region honorees.
Amari Weatherford and
Hailey Hunt accounted for eight of these spots as they each earned all-region honors in the 100m, 200m, 4x100m relay, and the 4x400m relay.
Alexis White collected three all-region selections.
Cal Poly Pomona placed seven on the all-region team, and Chico State six. Four student-athletes from Stanislaus State were represented on the all-region team, and Cal State San Marcos had three.
Jonon Young grabbed both all-region selections for Cal State LA, and Cal State East Bay was represented by Julia Carmona in the triple jump.
Young and the CSUSB trio were joined by five more who earned multiple all-region selections. Stanislaus State's
Annie Wild (800m, 1500m), Cal State San Marcos'
Rasha Badrani (400m, 400m hurdles), Cal Poly Pomona's
Neshara Smith (long jump, 110m hurdles), and Chico State
Della Molina (5k, 10k) and
Iresh Molina (5k, 10k).
