Thirty-eight women's track & field student-athletes from the CCAA can proudly call themselves College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District® honorees in 2025.
The program recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their performances in their sport and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes at-large honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA.
Eight of the 12 CCAA member institutions were represented on the academic all-district team. Six placed the maximum number of five student-athletes on the team. That list comprised
Cal Poly Humboldt,
Cal State Monterey Bay,
Cal State San Marcos,
Cal State San Bernardino,
Chico State, and
San Francisco State.
Stanislaus State and
Cal Poly Pomona added four honorees apiece.
The College Sports Communicators (CSC) announced its 2025 Academic All-District® Men’s Track & Field teams to recognize the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances on the track, in the field, and the classroom. Twenty-three student-athletes from six conference member institutions represented the CCAA on the prestigious academic list.
Five student-athletes will have the honor of advancing as finalists to the CSC Academic All-America ballot to be voted on by CSC members. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced July 15, 2025.
Alexandra Ackerman and
Miranda Owen were selected as finalists, making Cal State San Bernardino the only school to receive multiple nominations. Joining them on the national ballot are Stanislaus State's
Annie Wild, Cal State San Marcos'
Rasha Badrano, and Cal Poly Pomona's
Isabelle Carreon.
