Cal Poly Pomona’s Vivian Martinez earns FloCollege/CCAA Track Athlete of the Week honors Apr 15, 2025 Share: Complete list of weekly winners >>> Vivian Martinez from Cal Poly Pomona has been selected as the FloCollege/CCAA Women’s Track Athlete of the Week. (Apr. 15) Martinez took second in the 1500 meters at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational. She clocked in a time of 4:29.18, which is the fifth-fastest in program history, second-fastest in the CCAA, and an NCAA provisional Mark. Martinez had set a personal record in this event just last weekend and managed to drop another two seconds off her time. Click here to see Martinez’s times on TFRRS. This is Martinez’s first career CCAA Track Athlete of the Week Award, and it's the second for Cal Poly Pomona this season (Neshara Smith, Mar. 11).
