Tereise Tosi of Cal State San Bernardino has been voted as the FloCollege/CCAA Softball Player of the Week, for the week of Feb. 10-16.
In seven games, Tosi batted .464 with a .714 slugging percentage and a .483 on-base percentage (1.197 OPS) with 13 hits, four doubles and a home run. She drove in five runs and scored five times and only struck out once in 29 plate appearances.
The week started on Tuesday for the Coyotes as they split against Concordia, where Tosi went 3-for-7 in the doubleheader. In game two, she went 2-for-4 and her fifth inning solo home run ended up as the final difference in the 4-3 CSUSB win. During the Tournament of Champions, the senior third baseman from Garden Grove went 10-for-21 including two four-hit games to lead the Coyotes.
Tosi is tied for third in the CCAA with 20 hits. She’s also in the top 8 in batting average (.455), slugging (.636), and on-base percentages (.500).

This is Tosi’s fourth career CCAA Softball Player of the Week award. She won this weekly award twice as a sophomore in 2023 and once as a freshman in 2022.
