Vasquez also paced the CCAA in field goal percentage (.551) while scoring in 21 of 27 games.

Zhane Duckett becomes the first Wildcat in program history to collect CCAA Defensive Player of the Year honors. The 5-7 guard from Oakland averaged 2.0 steals per game and regularly drew the opponents' top perimeter scorers. Her efforts helped Chico lead the CCAA in 3-point defense (.272), allowing just 64.9 points per game. Duckett also averaged 14.8 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 5.2 assists for a Wildcats team that finished second in the CCAA standings (16-6).

Emilia Long made history by becoming the first student-athlete to be voted CCAA Newcomer of the Year in two sports. After capturing the honor in women's soccer, Long turned her attention to the court, where she averaged 15.2 points, 5.6 rebounds, 4.2 assists, and 2.9 steals per game. The Port Angeles, Wash., native ranked second in the conference in assists and 15th nationally in steals. She scored double-figures in 21 of 25 games, including six games with over 20 points.

Cal Poly Pomona's Sydney Nelson was named the CCAA Freshman of the Year. From her first weekend on the court, Nelson was an impact student-athlete for the Broncos. The 6-0 forward averaged 15.1 points and 6.5 rebounds. Her .495 field goal percentage ranks second in the conference, and she has scored 20 or more points six times.

In her seventh season at CSUSM, Renee Jimenez guided the Cougars to a 21-6 over record and an 18-4 mark in conference play to earn her third CCAA Coach of the Year award in the past four seasons. The team was ranked in the top 25 for multiple weeks and has appeared in the first two regional rankings. Under her tutelage, Cal State San Marcos led the CCAA in scoring defense (59.6) and was second in rebounding margin (4.9).

Jimenez also helped guide Vasquez and Charity Gallegos to first-team All-CCAA honors, and Mina Tameilau to the second team. Chico State led the way with four selections on the first or second team, while CSUSM, Cal Poly Pomona, and Cal State LA each had three.

Nicole Flennaugh from Cal State LA earned All-CCAA honors for the fourth time in her career. The CCAA's all-time 3-point leader was an honorable mention her freshman season in 2019-20 before earning first team honors the last three years. Destiny Jackson, Asia Jordan, Lily Buggs, Zhane Duckett, Gallegos and Vasquez each collected their third All-CCAA honor.

Five of the 10 first-team members were repeat selections from 2022-23. Only one had not previously earned at least an All-CCAA honorable mention. The 2023-24 All-CCAA Team was selected by the conference's 12 head coaches.
