It took until the last minute of the season's final game for the seeds to be determined for the 2024 CCAA Men's Basketball Tournament, March 7-9, at Coussoulis Arena in San Bernardino.
 
Cal State Bernardino earned the No. 1 seed, edging out Cal State Dominguez Hills in a tiebreaker. Both teams finished 17-5 in conference play and are the 2023-24 CCAA regular-season co-champions.
 
Cal State San Bernardino has been to the CCAA Tournament finals the past two seasons. It brought home the championship in 2023 and used that momentum to win the NCAA West Regional and advance to the NCAA national semifinals.
 
Cal State Dominguez returns to the CCAA Tournament after a one-year hiatus, which saw the Toros break a streak of five consecutive years.  The No. 2 seed is the highest for CSUDH since 2011, when it won the championship.
 
Cal State LA is the No. 3 seed after finishing 16-6. The Golden Eagles closed the season, winning three straight and seven of its last nine. The No. 3 seed is the highest in program history.
 
The No. 4 seed went to Chico State, which completed CCAA play at 15-7. The Wildcats have played in all but one tournament since 2010. It will look to make its first championship appearance since it made four straight from 2012-15.
 
Cal State East Bay returns to the CCAA Tournament after a two-season hiatus. The Pioneers went 14-8 and closed out the season with a 4-1 homestand. CSUEB has won a game in both of the program's previous appearances.
 
San Francisco State took care of business last week in a pair of head-to-head matchups to clinch the No. 6 seed. The Gators have made seven of the last 10 CCAA tournaments.
