Cole Bailey from Stan State wins CCAA Field Athlete of the Week honors Feb 20, 2024 Share: Complete list of weekly winners >>> Cole Bailey of Stanislaus State has been named the CCAA Men’s Field Athlete of the Week for the week of Feb. 12-18. Bailey competed in four throwing events in the Sunbird Invitational to open the 2024 season. The junior from Delhi, Calif., posted marks in the shot put, discus, hammer and javelin to place his name on the CCAA Performance List in all four categories. His best finish came in the javelin, where he placed fourth with a throw of 154-9 (47.16m). Stanislaus State’s next meet will be the Kim Duyst Invitational on Mar. 1-2.
