It came down to the final game and a last-second shot grazing off the rim, but the seeds are now set for the 2023 CCAA Women's Basketball Tournament in Turlock on Mar. 2-4.
 
Cal State Dominguez Hills (27-1, 21-1 CCAA) will go in as the No. 1 seed after taking just one loss on the season. Cal State San Marcos claimed the No. 2 seed with an 18-4 record in league play (21-5 overall). Both teams will have first-round byes.
 
First-round matchups will feature the No. 3 seed Cal State LA (19-8, 16-6 CCAA) against the No. 6 seed Sonoma State (16-12, 13-9 CCAA). The Golden Eagles hold the lead in the season series 2-0.
 
Cal Poly Pomona (17-9, 14-8 CCAA) and Chico State (18-10, 14-8 CCAA) will play in the 4/5 game. The two teams played the final game of the regular season, with the Broncos pulling out a three-point win when the Wildcats' game-tying shot fell short. It gave CPP a season sweep over Chico and the edge for the No. 4 seed.
