Chico State's Brady vaults way to Field Athlete of the Week award Mar 8, 2022 Share: Complete list of past winners >>> Chico State’s Cristian Brady has been named the CCAA Men’s Field Athlete of the Week honors for the week of Feb. 28-March 6. Brady earned an NCAA Division II Provisional Qualifying Mark in the pole vault by clearing 16-1.75 (4.92m) at the Kim Duyst Invitational. The sophomore from Covina currently sits first on the NCAA Division II Performance List, and he is the only student-athlete to hit the provisional mark all season. This weekend, Chico State will continue its outdoor track & field season at the Aggie Invitational in Davis. The meet will begin on Saturday, March 12.
