TURLOCK, Calif. - Stan State Athletics has named former Warrior standout and current assistant coach Riley Holladay as the interim head coach of the Warriors' women's basketball program for the 2026-2027 season.
 
Holladay returned to her alma mater in the summer of 2023 as an assistant women's basketball coach, where she has recruited and coached five all-conference members.
 
A native of Sparks, Nev., Holladay was a four-year member of the Stan State women's basketball program from 2013-17. Upon conclusion of her Warrior playing career, she was prominently featured throughout the Stan State record book. She is the Warriors' career leader in starts and games played while ranking third in career minutes played. She also ranks fifth in career rebounds and assists.
 
A national search for the next coach will occur following the conclusion of the 2026-2027 season.
