ALISO VIEJO, Calif. -  Seven CCAA soccer programs were recognized by United Soccer Coaches with the College Team Academic Award for their performance in the classroom during the 2025-26 academic year.
 
Three men's programs and four women's programs represented the CCAA among this year's honorees. Chico State, Cal State East Bay, and Stanislaus State earned the award on the men's side. Cal Poly Pomona, Cal State San Marcos, San Francisco State, and Stanislaus State were recognized among the women's programs.
 
Stanislaus State was the lone CCAA institution to have both its men's and women's soccer programs honored.
 
San Francisco State led all CCAA programs with a 3.77 team grade point average. Cal State San Marcos followed with a 3.62 GPA, while Stanislaus State's women's team posted a 3.54 and Cal Poly Pomona recorded a 3.53.
 
On the men's side, Chico State led the conference honorees with a 3.36 team GPA. Cal State East Bay posted a 3.28 GPA and Stanislaus State finished the academic year with a 3.08.
 
A total of 777 soccer teams nationwide earned the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award after posting a team GPA of 3.0 or higher during the 2025-26 academic year. The list included 326 men's teams and 451 women's teams, with 175 schools having both their men's and women's programs recognized.
