ALISO VIEJO, Calif. - Five CCAA baseball teams earned a spot on the first official NCAA West Region rankings of the 2026 season.
 
Cal State Monterey leads the region, with Cal Poly Pomona at No. 3. Cal State San Marcos holds the No. 4 spot, with Cal State LA and Chico State at No. 6 and No. 7, respectively.
 
Five of the eight teams listed were from the CCAA. The other regional teams included Point Loma (No. 2), Northwest Nazarene (No. 5), and Concordia (No. 8). Click here to see the complete NCAA Regional Rankings.
 
Six teams will advance to the NCAA West Regional, the conference champions from the CCAA and PacWest, along with four at-large bids.
