Thirteen CCAA men's soccer student-athletes earned a spot on the United Soccer Coaches All-West Region Team. Eight earned first-team honors, and five were placed on the second team.
Five members of the Stanislaus State men's soccer team earned first-team honors to lead the conference. Cal State Dominguez Hills placed two on the first team and one more on the second team. Cal State San Bernardino also had multiple all-region selections, with two earning second-team honors. Cal State East Bay, Cal State LA, and Cal State San Marcos each had one selection.
Stanislaus State was represented on the first team by goalkeeper
Angel Ruiz-Hernandez, defenders
Samuel Villanueva and
Ian Reis, along with forwards
Gerardo Flores and
Emmanuel Duran.
Ndifor Ginyui (D) and
Sergio Valenzuela (M) earned first-team honors for Cal State Dominguez Hills.
Diego Barahona was voted to the second team as a defender.
The remaining first-team honor went to Cal State LA's
Alex Mendez (M).
Cal State San Bernardino saw defender
Anthony Morales and
Tony Negrete land on the second team.
Cal State San Marcos'
Efren Nunez Dominguez (M) and Cal State East Bay's
Alejandro Zarate (M) joined them on the second team.
