CCAA Championships travel to eight different Golden State cities in 2025-26

ALISO VIEJO, Calif.  — The CCAA will proudly host eight postseason events to award 13 team championships throughout the state of California during the 2025-26 academic year.

The California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) will hold championship tournaments in the sports of baseball, men’s and women’s golf, men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s soccer, softball and volleyball. Conference championship meets for men’s and women’s cross country and men’s and women’s track & field will also take place.

Winners of the soccer, volleyball, basketball, softball, and baseball tournaments will all receive the conference's automatic bid to their respective NCAA Championship Tournaments.

FloCollege will be the presenting sponsor for soccer, baseball and softball. Pollo Campero returns as the title sponsor for the cross country and track & field championships. The volleyball tournament will be supported by Under Armour; and Visit Stockton will present the golf championships.

All three championships during the fall season will be held in the northern part of the Golden State. The Men's & Women's Cross Country Championships presented by Pollo Campero will be the first event as 10 men's teams and 12 women's teams converge in Chico at Hooker Oak Park on Oct. 24. It marks the third time the meet is held in Chico as it makes its first return since 2013.

For the first time since 2019, the CCAA will host a combined men's and women's soccer tournament. The 2025 Men's & Women's Soccer Tournament presented by FloCollege begins with on-campus matches on Nov. 9, before moving to Cardinale Stadium, home of the USL’s Monterey Bay Football Club, in Seaside for the semifinals and championships (Nov. 14-16).

The attention shifts to Turlock the following week for the Volleyball Tournament presented by Under Armour. The volleyball event, hosted by defending Tournament champions Stanislaus State, will be held Nov. 20-22 to close out the fall conference postseason. Fitzpatrick Arena served as the site for this tournament in 2018.

The conference’s marquee event, the CCAA Men's & Women's Basketball Tournament will take place at Kellogg Arena on the campus of Cal Poly Pomona for the third time on March 5-7. The competition, which now features six men's teams and six women's teams, was held in Pomona in 2018 and 1997.

The Men's & Women's Golf Championships sponsored by Visit Stockton will start a stretch of four spring events in a span of 20 days. The golf tournament will be held in The Reserve at Spanos Park, April 20-22, and hosted by Cal State East Bay.

The CCAA Men's & Women's Track & Field Championships presented by Pollo Campero will return to the campus of Cal State San Marcos after two years in Turlock. The three-day meet will begin on April 30 and conclude on May 2. The track championships will feature 38 individual champions with four relay teams earning titles as well as team championships being crowned.

Another first on the calendar will be the concurrent baseball and softball tournaments on May 6-9. The CCAA Softball Tournament presented by FloCollege, hosted by Cal State East Bay, will be in Hayward for the first time. Cal State San Bernardino will serve as host of the CCAA Baseball Tournament presented by FloCollege at Fiscalini Field. The tournament format for baseball and softball has changed for 2026, with each featuring five teams. An elimination game will be played on Wednesday, with four remaining teams competing in the double-elimination bracket starting on Thursday.
