KANSAS CITY, Mo. – United Soccer Coaches announced the College Team Academic Award winners, recognized for their exemplary performance in the classroom during the 2024-25 academic year.
Five CCAA women's programs received recognition.
Cal Poly Pomona,
Chico State,
Cal State East Bay,
Cal State San Marcos, and
Stanislaus State were all named Academic Award winners.
A total of 753 soccer teams (307 men, 446 women) posted a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher, thereby earning the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award for the 2024-25 academic year. Of that total, 171 schools had both their men’s and women’s programs recognized. For the CCAA, this included CPP, CSUEB, CSUSM, and CHICO.
