Sonoma State represented the CCAA on the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) top 25 academic team award.
The Seawolves ranked ninth in all of NCAA Division II with a collective 3.851 team grade point average.
The award recognizes the women’s collegiate golf program with the highest collective average team GPA, which includes all the team’s student-athletes for the 2024-25 season.
Sonoma State was led by head coach Val Verhunce, and the six team members included
Kaitlin Anderson,
Rilee Crosby,
Avery Foster,
Lauren Garcia,
Talia Gutman, and
Avery Kraatz.
