SF State’s Daniel Murillo named the FloCollege/CCAA Baseball Player of the Week Mar 31, 2025 Share: Complete list of weekly winners >>> Daniel Murillo from San Francisco State has been voted the FloCollege/CCAA Baseball Player of the Week for the week of Mar. 24-30. Murillo hit .500 with a double, three home runs, six RBI, and 10 runs scored. He helped the Gators take three of four games at Stanislaus State, remaining just three games back of first place. The senior infielder posted a .545 on-base percentage and a 1.000 slugging percentage over 22 plate appearances. In the opener, Murillo went 3-for-4 with three runs scored in an 18-0 win. He returned on Saturday to go 5-for-6 in the first game of the doubleheader. He had a double, a home run, three RBI, and three runs scored. Murillo would cross the plate four times in the finale as SFSU took the series with a 20-7 win. He finished the game 4-of-5 with two home runs and three RBI. Murillo now sits seventh in the CCAA with a .391 batting average. He is tied for the league lead with 52 hits and 11 home runs. He also paces the conference with 40 runs scored and 96 total bases.
