ALISO VIEJO, Calif. - Four CCAA teams earned a place on the first official NCAA Men's Soccer rankings of the 2025 season.
Stanislaus State sits on top of the Super Region 4 rankings with
Cal State Dominguez Hills right behind in second place.
Cal State LA is at No. 4, and
Cal State San Bernardino sits at No. 7.
Stanislaus State is 13-1-1 on the season and has been ranked in the United Soccer Coaches top 5 for eight consecutive weeks. The Warriors lead Super Region 4 and rank 10th in NCAA Div. II with a plus-24 goal differential. They also lead the region in save percentage (.852) and goals against average (.600). Stan State is seeking its first NCAA playoff berth since 2015.
Cal State Dominguez Hills has posted an 11-2-4 record and is on an 11-match unbeaten streak. The Toros are the defending CCAA regular-season and tournament champions and are seeking their third NCAA Regional appearance in the past four years. CSUDH ranks second in the region in save percentage (.807) and goals against average (.647).
Cal State LA is looking for its eighth consecutive appearance in the NCAA Super Region 4. The Golden Eagles are 8-3-5 on the season with a plus-8 goal differential. They rank 22nd in NCAA Div. II with a .438 shutout percentage and are 45th with a 1.063 goals against average.
Cal State San Bernardino is 8-3-6 on the season with quality results over Point Loma, Cal State Dominguez Hills, and more. The Coyotes have earned results in six of their last seven matches, moving up the regional rankings. CSUSB is seeking its first NCAA postseason berth since 2019.
Ten teams will make the NCAA Super Region 4. Tournament champions from the CCAA, GNAC, Lone Star, PacWest, and RMAC will all receive automatic bids to the NCAA postseason. The final five spots will be at-large selections from among the five conferences. The Super Region 4 will begin play with the first and second rounds Nov. 20-23.
