Iresh Molina won the individual title and Chico State captured the 2025 CCAA Women's Cross Country Championship in front of a large crowd of hometown fans.

This was the third consecutive CCAA Championship for Chico State, and 15th in the last 17 years. It was also the second straight season a Molina sister crossed the finish line first, as Iresh followed in the footsteps of Della last year. Iresh Molina led the entire race, finishing the 6k event at Hooker Oak Park in a time of 21:32.7.

She was one of five Wildcats to finish in the top 10, and one of seven in the top 15. Megan Malloy, Paulina Martins, and Kira Forsberg finished fourth, fifth, and sixth to add 15 points to Molina's score of one. Sienna Bianchi wrapped up the title for Chico State, placing ninth to close out the Wildcats' score at 25 points.

Martins' fifth-place finish in a time of 21:55.9 earned her CCAA Freshman of the Year honors as the top finishing true freshman in the field. Kira Forsberg collected Newcomer of the Year honors after finishing in a time of 22:02.2.

Annie Wild led five Stanislaus State Warriors in the top 12, placing second with a time of 21:39.5. Izzy Soto finished seventh, and Jacqueline Sanchez placed eighth with times of 22:05.7 and 22:06.3, respectively. Nina Furtado and Isabella Moreno closed out Stan State's score with 39 points as they finished 10th and 12th.

Cal Poly Pomona's 85 points earned the Broncos third place. Vivian Martinez led the way, placing third at 21:45.7 to collect all-conference honors. Cal State San Marcos placed fourth (140 points) and Cal State East Bay was fifth (154), edging out Cal State Monterey Bay by one point.

Cal State San Bernardino's Kai Marroquin and Cal Poly Humboldt's Isabel Perez-Zogbhi also collected all-conference honors, with 14th and 15th-place finishes. They joined Chico State's Olivia Beschorner and Jasmine Fletcher, who finished outside their team's top 5 but still placed in the top 15 overall, to be named to the 2025 All-CCAA team.

Many of these teams will now prepare for the NCAA West Regional in Monmouth, Ore., on Nov. 8.
