United Soccer Coaches announced its College Team Academic Award winners in late August, recognized for their exemplary performance in the classroom during the 2022-23 academic year.
The CCAA place four men's and six women's teams on the all-academic list.
Cal Poly Pomona,
Cal State San Marcos and
Chico State saw both its programs earn the honors.
Cal State East Bay,
Stanislaus State and
San Francisco State women's program were among the recipients, as was the
Cal Poly Humboldt men's team.

A total of 827 soccer teams (322 men, 505 women) posted a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher, thereby earning the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award for the 2022-23 academic year. Of that total, 189 schools had both their men’s and women’s programs recognized.
United Soccer Coaches annually celebrates the academic achievements of teams whose student-athletes collectively demonstrate a commitment to excellence in their studies over the course of a full academic year.
