It came down to the final day, with three teams battling it out for the last two spots in the CCAA Tournament. Cal State LA, Cal Poly Pomona, Cal State Monterey Bay and Chico State had all secured their their seed in the upcoming CCAA Tourament prior to the regular season finale. Cal State State Bernardino, Cal State San Marcos and Sonoma State had their eyes on the last bids.

None of the three won, however, CSUSM earned a tie to finish fifth and CSUSB edged out Sonoma State in a tiebreaker due to the teams' head-to-head meeting earlier in the season.

Sunday, Nov. 12 - Championship
Match 5: Winner of Match 3 vs. Winner of Match 4, Noon
