Mikayla Weiss wins back-to-back FloCollege/CCAA Volleyball Setter of the Week honors Sep 8, 2026 Complete list of weekly winners >>> Fresno Pacific’s Mikayla Weiss has once again been named the FloCollege/CCAA Volleyball Setter of the Week. (Sept. 8) Weiss was voted the MVP of the Denali Ice Block Classic after Fresno Pacific went 4-0 in Alaska. The graduate student averaged 11.31 assists per set (181 total) with 1.94 kills per set and 2.00 digs per set. She added four aces and seven blocks. The Clovis, Calif., native recorded a career-high 62 assists in a five-set win over Alaska Anchorage, marking the most assists for a CCAA setter since Nov. 11, 2023. It is also just the fifth time since 2019 that a student-athlete has posted 60 or more assists. Weiss also registered her the 2000th career assist in a sweep of No. 16 Alaska Fairbanks to close out the tournament.
