For the second consecutive week, Cal Poly Pomona’s Sarah Ybarra has been selected as the FloCollege/CCAA Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week. (Sept. 8)

Ybarra dominated at the Bronco Classic, leading CPP to a perfect 3-0 weekend with three upsets against nationally ranked opponents. She had 46 kills (4.60 per set), 25 digs (2.50 per set), swung at a .358 clip, and was named to the Bronco Classic All-Tournament Team. 

The senior opposite side hitter has double-digit kills in every single match so far this season, including a 19-kill performance against Simon Fraser on Saturday to complete the perfect weekend. Her 54.0 points (5.40 per set) were the most of any player in the Bronco Classic.
