ALISO VIEJO, Calif. - Chico State’s Della Molina has been named the FloCollege/CCAA Women’s runner of the week for Sept. 14-20. 

Molina secured the third-place individual finish in the 5.95k race at Saint Mary’s Invitational, helping Chico State claim the women’s team title. After sitting out the entire 2025 season, the senior from Chico, Calif., returned with a new personal best of 20:18.1. 

Her performance also made her the only non-Division I finisher in the top 10.

Molina and Chico State’s cross country team will be at the San Francisco State Invitational at Speedway Meadows on Friday, October 9th.
