ALISO VIEJO, Calif. - Stanislaus State’s Jackson Oliveira has been selected as the FloCollege/CCAA Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Week for the week of Sept. 7-13.

Oliveira posted  a time of 24:05.5 at the Stanislaus State Kim Duyst Twilight Invitational, finishing as the top collegiate runner in the 8k. His performance helped Stanislaus State to a 3rd place finish at the invitational. 

The junior from Oakdale, Calif., is the first Warrior to earn CCAA Men’s Runner of the Week honors since Tanner Gerhart in 2024. Click here for the history of CCAA Player of the Week awards.

Oliveira and the Warriors’ cross country team will compete in the San Francisco State Invitational at Speedway Meadows on Friday, October 9th.
