Cal Poly Pomona’s Alexia Zammit earns FloCollege/CCAA Volleyball Setter of the Week Sep 15, 2026 Complete list of weekly winners >>> Cal Poly Pomona’s Alexia Zammit has been named the FloCollege/CCAA Volleyball Defensive Player of the Week for the week of Sept. 7-13. Zammit delivered back-to-back 31-assist performances in CPP's two sweeps during the first week of conference play. The junior averaged 10.33 assists per set and 3.17 digs per set. She also logged three aces and two blocks. She just missed a double-double in the opener against Cal State Monterey Bay as she registered 31 assists and nine digs. She did get a double-double on Saturday against Menlo when she posted 31 assists and 10 digs. Zammitt ranks second in the CCAA with 9.83 assists per set.
