Cal State Monterey Bay’s Michael Mora earns his third FloCollege/CCAA Player of the Week award of 2025-26 Feb 10, 2026 Complete list of weekly winners >>> Cal State Monterey Bay’s Michael Mora has been selected as the FloCollege/CCAA Men’s Basketball Player of the Week for the week of Feb. 2-8. Mora averaged 29.0 points per game, including scoring a CCAA season-best 41 points in a win over Cal Poly Pomona. He went 15-of-35 from the field, 9-of-16 from 3-point range, and a perfect 19-of-19 at the free throw line. Mora added 15 rebounds, four assists, and five steals. The sophomore guard from Palo Alto began the week by posting 17 points in a win over Cal State San Bernardino. He then poured in 41 points on 11-of-22 shooting against Cal Poly Pomona. Mora was a perfect 11-of-11 from the charity stripe, and the 41 points are the most for a CCAA student-athlete since Jan. 2024. His performances allowed Mora to take back over the CCAA scoring lead from his teammate Jaden Tengen. Mora now paces the conference with 18.2 points per game.
