Cal State LA’s Nevaeh Asiasi averaged a double-double to earn FloCollege/CCAA Women’s Basketball Player of the Week Dec 23, 2025 Complete list of weekly winners >>> Nevaeh Asiasi of Cal State LA has been selected as the FloCollege/CCAA Women’s Basketball Player of the Week for the week of Dec. 15-21. Asiasi averaged 16.7 points per game, 10.3 rebounds per game, and 3.7 assists per game across three contests, leading the Golden Eagles to a pair of wins. She shot .462 percent from the field while also adding five steals and four blocks. She opened the week with a 15-point, five-rebound performance against Central Washington before putting up double-doubles in two conference games. She had 23 points and a season-high 14 rebounds in an 80-57 win over San Francisco State on Friday. The Pittsburg, Calif., native followed up with 12 points and 12 rebounds while helping the Golden Eagles hand the Pioneers their first conference loss in a 93-63 decision on Sunday.
