UC Merced’s Nicole Lukito has been selected as the FloCollege/CCAA Women’s Basketball Player of the Week for the week of Nov. 17-23. 

Lukito led the Bobcats to a perfect 2-0 record in their road trip to Hawaii. The junior forward averaged 17.0 points and 9.5 rebounds while shooting 14-of-21 from the field. 

She posted a double-double with 22 points (10-of-15) and 13 rebounds at Hawaii Pacific. She followed it up with 12 points and six rebounds in a six-point win over Chaminade. 

The Fremont, Calif., native now ranks sixth in the CCAA in scoring (16.3), and she leads the conference in rebounding (13.8) with two more boards per game than second place. Click here to see the list of CCAA Stat Leaders.
