Juliette D’Eliseo from Cal State Monterey Bay has been selected as the FloCollege/CCAA Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week for the week of Oct. 20-26.

D’Eliseo recorded a pair of double-doubles and led the Otters (4-8 CCAA) to a pair of wins over teams that entered the weekend higher in the standings. The freshman from Carlsbad, Calif., averaged 3.56 kills per set, 3.67 digs per set, and 0.56 blocks per set. She added three aces to bring her total to 4.22 points per set. 

On Thursday against San Francisco State (6-6 CCAA), D’Eliseo posted a 17-kills, 19-dig double to lead CSUMB to the five-set win. She hit .241 and added two aces and a block. Then against Chico State, she had 15 kills,14 digs, and four blocks in a four-set win. 

D’Eliseo now ranks 13th in the CCAA in kills (2.88) and 11th in digs (3.05). Click here to see the complete CCAA leaderboard. 

This is the first career CCAA Offensive Player of the Week award for D’Eliseo, and the first for CSUMB since the award was established in 2022. Click here to see a complete list of past award winners. 

The Otters will host the Golden Eagles and the Cougars this week. CSUMB will welcome in Cal State LA on Friday, Oct. 31, and Cal State San Marcos on Saturday, Nov. 1. Both matches will be available on FloCollege.
