Cal Poly Pomona’s Mikaela Marr has been tabbed as the FloCollege/CCAA Women’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week award, for the week of Oct. 13-19.

Marr led the Broncos to two more shutouts as the No. 5 ranked team picked up two 1-0 victories on the road at Cal State Dominguez Hills and UC Merced last week. Marr played all 180 minutes to lead the defensive backfield.

Cal Poly Pomona limited CSUDH to seven shots with three on goal and just one corner kick. UC Merced had just six shots, one on frame and just one corner kick.
