Dylan White of Chico State is the CCAA Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Week, for the week of Sept. 23-29.
White was the top collegiate finisher at the Bill Roe Classic in Bellingham, Wash., as he led the Wildcats to another team victory. The senior from Clayton timed in at 24:02.3 to finish second in the race. He was one of five Chico State runners to cross in the top 10 as the No. 7 ranked Wildcats easily won the team competition, 28-56, over host No. 10 Western Washington.
This was the first CCAA Runner of the Week selection for White, the reigning CCAA Cross Country champion.
Chico State next competes at the San Francisco State Invitational on Oct. 11 at Golden Gate Park.
