Mikey McKibbin of Cal State Dominguez Hills was voted this week’s CCAA Men’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week after a four-goal week last week.
McKibbin tallied nine points with four goals and an assist as the Toros went 1-1 on the road in the Pacific Northwest. He netted a hat trick plus an assist in CSUDH’s impressive 6-2 win at Seattle Pacific on Thursday. All of his goals came in the second half and his first score turned out to be the game-winner. McKibbin scored again in the team’s 2-1 setback at Western Washington on Saturday.
The senior forward from Torrance now leads the CCAA in scoring with 11 points and four goals. He is also tied for second with three assists.

McKibbin posted the first hat trick by any CCAA student-athlete since Oct. 14, 2022 (Paul Henschke, Cal Poly Pomona).
After trips to Hawaii and Washington, the Toros will finally be home to host a pair of non-conference contests this week. CSUDH plays Point Loma on Thursday and Biola on Saturday in Carson.
