San Francisco State's third baseman Justin Johnson and Cal Poly Pomona's starting pitcher Caleb Reyes earned NCAA Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) All-America honors for their outstanding play during the 2024 campaign.

Joshua Johnson collected third-team All-American honors after leading the west region with 72 runs batted in. He finished with a .374 batting average (seventh in the west), 20 doubles, 15 home runs and 55 runs scored. His 88 hits led the CCAA and were one short of the regional lead. The senior from Sacramento had a four-homer game and registered multi-hit performances in all six games of the CCAA Tournament, finishing 14-for-25.

Caleb Reyes earned All-American honors for the second consecutive season. The two-time CCAA Pitcher of the Year led the conference and ranked second in the west region with a 2.5 earned run average. He allowed only 7.8 hits per nine innings and posted a four-to-one strikeouts-to-walk ratio. The Encino, Calif. senior earned two postseason wins to finish 8-1. His 1.06 WHIP tied the senior for sixth in the region, and his efforts helped Cal Poly Pomona reach the regional level for the fourth consecutive season.
