Chico State’s Jordan Allred averages 26 points to earn CCAA Player of the Week Feb 6, 2024 Share: Complete list of weekly winners >>> Chico State’s Jordan Allred has been named the CCAA Women’s Basketball Player of the Week for the week of Jan. 29-Feb. 4. The junior transfer from Idaho put together the best weekend of her collegiate career, averaging 26.0 points, 3.5 rebounds and 4.5 assists on .594 percent shooting. She went 19-for-32 from the field, 3-of-7 from long range, and 11-for-12 on the free throw line. Allred added four steals and a block. In Thursday’s game against Cal State East Bay, she scored 12 points in each half. During a critical third quarter, she led the team with eight out of 18 points to allow Chico State to maintain the lead during a push by the Pioneers. She added a career-high 28 points on Saturday against San Francisco State. She went 10-of-15 from the field and a perfect 7-of-7 at the line. Allred has played in all 19 games on the season with 17 starts. She's averaging 27.8 minutes per game and 12.9 points while shooting 44.4 percent overall. She is tied for 13th in the CCAA in scoring.
