Cal State Dominguez Hills’ Jeremy Dent-Smith wins second FloCollege/CCAA Player of the Week award of 2024-25 Dec 24, 2024 Share: Complete list of weekly winners >>> Cal State Dominguez Hills’ Jeremy Dent-Smith has been selected as the FloCollege/CCAA Men’s Basketball Player of the Week for the week of Dec. 16-22. The reigning CCAA Player of the Year played a critical role in the Toros defeating Cal State LA on Saturday night and remaining undefeated in league play (4-0 CCAA). Dent-Smith led all scorers with 25 points (8-17 FG, 3-8 3pt, 6-6 FT), to go along with four rebounds, four assists and a steal. When it returns, Cal State Dominguez Hills will go on the road to face two of the CCAA’s top teams in Cal Poly Pomona on Thursday, Jan. 2 and Cal State San Bernardino on Saturday, Jan. 4.
