Ashley Robinson from CSUSB named the FloCollege/CCAA Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week

Cal State San Bernardino’s Ashley Robinson has been selected as the FloCollege/CCAA Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week for the week of Nov. 4-10.

Robinson averaged 6.0 kills and 6.79 points per set to help lead the Coyotes to a pair of victories and clinch a spot in the CCAA Tournament for the ninth consecutive season. She had 42 total kills while posting a .261 hitting percentage and three aces. The Tucson, Ariz. senior added 20 digs and four blocks. 

Robinson registered a double-double on Friday against Cal State Monterey Bay with 22 kills and 13 digs. She hit .340 and averaged 7.33 kills in the three-set sweep. On Saturday, Robinson recorded 25 points with 20 kills, three aces, and two blocks as CSUSB clinched a spot in the upcoming 2024 CCAA Volleyball Tournament, Nov. 21-23 in Pomona, Calif. 

Robinson is now sixth in NCAA Division II with 4.67 kills per set and 5.32 points per set. She is 11th in total kills (397). Click here to see the complete CCAA leaderboard.
