CCAA Welcomes Samsung as New Conference Partner
California Collegiate Athletic Association commissioner Mitch Cox announced today an agreement has been reached with Samsung to become the official digital display partner of the CCAA.
“We are very excited to welcome Samsung into the CCAA family of partners,” said Cox. “Samsung will be able to provide solutions to our institutions looking to install video boards or digital displays in their arenas or other facilities and venues on campus.”
The two-year agreement with Samsung provides the opportunity for any conference school to order high-quality video display solutions at the best price possible.
“Many of our schools are looking to modernize their facilities through the use of video scoreboards, display tables, streaming monitors, et cetera,” said Cox. “This agreement puts our schools in direct contact with a world leader in this field.”
Samsung created the video boards for Chase Center (home of the Golden State Warriors; pictured above), the new SoFi Stadium (new home of the Los Angeles Rams and Chargers) and Allegiant Stadium (new home of the Las Vegas Raiders).
“We are excited to be the official display partner of the California Collegiate Athletic Association," says Mark Quiroz, Vice President of Product Marketing, Display Division, Samsung Electronics America. “This new partnership demonstrates Samsung’s dedication to expanding our presence in collegiate sports and our passion for bringing unique game-day experiences to all fans from the living room to the sidelines.”
