Cal State San Marcos Sweeps CCAA's Weekly Women's Track and Field Awards
SAN RAMON – Cal State San Marcos' Natalie Rodriguez and Devony Dettman were selected the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) Women's Track and Field Athletes of the Week, respectively for the Week of Apr. 24-30.
CCAA Women's Track Athlete of the Week
Rodriguez acheived her second NCAA Division provisional mark this season with her time of 4:32.48 in the 1500-meters this past weekend at the Steve Scott Invitational.
Her time was her second-fastest this season and just 0.74 second shy of breaking her own CSUSM record.

CCAA Women's Field Athlete of the Week
Dettman, a freshman from Temecula, finished 22nd in the High Jump at the Steve Scott Invitaitonal last weekend.
She leaped a personal-best 1.50-meters to qualify for next weekend's CCAA Championships.
