Cal State LA's Ingvar Moseley and Stanislaus State's Gary Randolph Tabbed Men's Track & Field Athletes of the Week
SAN RAMON – Cal State LA's Ingvar Moseley and Stansialus State's Gary Randolph were named the California Collegiate Athletic Associaton (CCAA) Men's Track and Field Athletes of the Week, respectively, for the week of Feb. 20-26.
CCAA Men's Track Athlete of the Week
Moseley had an oustanding start to the outdoor men's track and field season, winning four events to lead the Golden Eagles to a second-place finish at the Rossi Relays in Claremont on Saturday.
The junior hit provisional qualifying mark in the 110-meter hurdles with a tiem of 14.11, while also snagging a victory int he 100 meter dash (10.93 seconds). Moseley was also a member of CSULA's two first place relay teams. Along with teammates -- Johnathan Hill, Khallifah Rosser, Clifford Scott, Joshua Jeter, and Even Negash -- the Golden Eagles won the 4x100 relay with a finish of 41.74 and the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:28.47

CCAA Men's Field Athlete of the Week
Randolph picked up where he left off a year ago with a huge throw at the Johnny Mathis Invitational in San Francisco on Friday. He won the hammer throw with a toss of 203 feet, 2 inches, which is currently the nations leading distance and provisionally qualfies him for the NCAA Division II Championships in May.
