Stanislaus' Kron and Dominguez Hills' Conlan Snag CCAA Pitcher and Player of the Week Honors
SAN RAMON – Stanislaus State's Jordan Kron and Cal State Dominguez Hills' Brady Conlan were named the California Collegiate Athletic Association Baseball Pitcher and Player of the Week, respectively, for the week of Apr. 4-10.
CCAA Baseball Pitcher of the Week
A right hander from Manteca, Kron tossed his fourth complete game of the season, shutting down previously-ranked No. 29 Cal Poly Pomona Sunday afternoon.
Kron improved to 6-3 on the season after allowing just one earned run on five hits, one walk, and striking out two Bronco batters.

CCAA Baseball Player of the Week
Conlan, an infielder from Chatsworth, continues to shine in high profile matchups, earning his second CCAA Player of the Week nod this season after helping the Toros to a 2-1 series win over No. 23 Chico State last weekend.
For the week the Toros finished 2-2 with a loss to Westmont as well. In the four contests Conlan hit .444 (8-for-18) and compiled a slugging percentage of .667. His totals inlcude five runs, four RBI, four doubles, and one hit-by-pitch.
The junior was outstanding in the series finale against the Wildcats, hitting three-for-six with two doubles, one run, and one RBI.
Defensively, Conlan was stellar at the hot corner, recording two putouts and picking up 12 assists in 15 total chances.
